I make work by finding and mutating images, objects, and texts into new shapes and narrative structures. I attempt this through etching, assemblage-paintings, and text for performance. These works reflect my interest in drab Englishness, re-emerging apocalyptic fears, masculinities both beautiful and toxic, and everyday encounters with chance and the uncanny. I redact, dissect, and collide things into each other in the hopes of finding moments of humour, insight, or mystery.
